The Land Consultant™ is a commercially minded planning and development consultancy that primarily sources land for residential development.
We aim to purchase desirable opportunities on a ‘Subject to Planning’ basis with the use of an Option Agreement.
Option Agreements enable a homeowner to realise an increase in their land value without having to foot the large costs associated with making a planning application.
Upon gaining planning consent, we will then conclude the transaction, paying you the agreed amount for your land or property.
We work on a wholly transparent basis and like to find a solution that works for both parties. We simply aim to unlock the potential of your land whilst mitigating any stress for the landowner.
We also act as a consultant on behalf of clients, be it companies or private individuals, facilitating their planning requirements and even gaining consents where others may have failed. These cases range from building extensions through to full scale new development of their land. When acting on this basis we are not only focussed on residential projects but also act for office and retail change of use as well as within the care sector.
